Bad exposure to work and work environment. Worst politics carried on there. Mental harassment.
Pros
The only reason to get attracted towards for job there was Good infrastructure and fake promises which includes best salary in market, designation, free environment, open company and work, etc.
Cons
1. Worst politics 2. Night job, 3.Hidden policies, 4. Worst appraisal process, 5. Worst hierarchy based on qualification. Persons with low qualification are on high post. 6. It is not the company, it is a kingdom. Whatever, center head says that is final, considered as a rule and need to be done without thinking of it's impact. 7. They are loosing good and best technical employees because of there unprofessional behavior. 8. They are not providing the documents that are legally employee's rights to have that. 9. They are harassing the employees professionally as well as physically. 10. They do not want anybody to leave there company, whether he/she is getting good opportunity outside. Still, if the employees try to leave the company they are harassing the employees. 11. Forcing employees to work on 15th August and 26th January and other fixed holidays also. 12. Hiring engineers and MCA freshers and forcing them to do support work which totally spoils there professional career. But, still they make fake promises of giving them better opportunity within the organization.
