Pros

EMR industry is on the up. Coworkers are fun, down to earth, friendly people. Decent salary for first full time job. Fast accrual of frequent flier points.

Cons

Traveling every single week Sun-Thurs is extremely exhausting. You are the only person that the client meets in person from ecw, so they take all their frustrations out on you. It is very hard to have a social life while traveling to this extent. There is no hierarchy in this company only 80 trainers and 1 manager.
