Pros
Benefits, health insurance is good. Work environment: everyone is like family. Alot of Family members work here. Discounts on many things too as an employee. Good amount of time off a year. Most people are friendly. One of the men in Management needs to learn how to talk to people without yelling and screaming all the time.
Cons
Work Environment: Indian employees speak their language and its annoying sometimes because they can be talking about you! either way its not professional. Pay: They pay the minimum because they will sponsor an immigrant from India to do your job and they will take less pay for a visa. The company is more than 50% Indian. Someone mentioned low turn-over, yes becuase they are on a visa and its hard for them to leave the company.
