      Pros

      If you work hard, you will get recognized and you will get rewarded! Once you have proven yourself as a great worker share your ideas not only with your team leaders but the founders/owners of the company.

      Cons

      It's a pro and a con... Very family oriented company; employee referrals are very popular.... Loyalty is very important to management team. Employees have been here forever; very low turnover rate (Which is AMAZING!) However, wouldn't mind seeing a couple of weaker employees leave as well.
