Self promotion is your best friend, else you'll blend it with the masses
Pros
Fast growing and stable. If you get in now you could be at the lower level floors to what could be a great company in years to come . This company is only 11 years old and just really started to take off 5-6 years ago. Girish's leadership has the right vision to take the company into the future. If he can execute on that vision, this company will be one everyone will want to be a part of.
Cons
Not a 9-5 job for most departments. This could be a con to the 40 hr a week person. It's not always this way, but because it is a growing company, extra time is sometimes required. Organization and planning for some departments is non-existentant and they don't realize how much chaos they create for other deparments that work with. Poor performers are the one thing hold this company back in some ways. There are a small percentage of people who contribute very little (like any company). Being a small company it is easier to see who these people are. There does not appear to be any plans to "help" these people better themselves, therefore the dead wood will remain. For small departments this effects them a great deal
