      Pros

      Great health benefits and you have to do something extremely horrible to get fired. Extremely Fast paced and you will defintely learn a lot about the industry.

      Cons

      Exteme and noticeable Favoritism, very unorganized, raises and salaries way below market, personal and sick days are lumped into one.
