Good experience, nice people

Cons

Very low salary and not much increase over time even through management promises a lot. Be sure to negotiate your starting salary and do not hope to get a good raise once you start working.

1. Good work-life balance, flexible timings. 2. Easy to move to the next level if you are best buddies with your manager.

1. Pay is unbelievably less and ridiculous. 2. Little or no process followed. 3. Lot of politics. 4. Poor management. 5. No performance improvement/appraisals.
