      Pros

      - Good technical exposure - Being a small company (in terms of no. of employees) it provides opportunities vertical growth - Very open culture, flat hierarchy, managers are easily approachable - Product company, so different type of environment. No strict dress code :)

      - Poor people management - Less than industry standards salary

      Good on-boarding process supportive environment in the sales org and HR Product progressing in good direction Changing of sales process and messaging is working well Compensation is inline with industry averages

      Pros

      The core knowledge base is rock solid, as is the email tool. There are some outstanding people there but they are slowly moving on as the company goes down hill.

      Cons

      Outside of the core software (KB and email) the other tools are only just enough to tick boxes in the Gartner report. It's certainly not a cloud product and Gartner is driving the product direction not eGain. There's no vision and they have put so many restrictive procedures in place that they are tying the PS team in knots. Having left a while ago I stay in contact with some of the people still there and morale is at an all time low. It's very sad as for a couple of years it was an amazing place to work but lack of vision is killing it.
