Removing focus on legacy product where the company has just entered the AI world doesn't seem to be a right approach. Lack of motivation.

In eGain you will get supportive seniors they will help you in each & everything if you are stuck in between. But from the last 6 Months things are changed in eGain mass employees are resigning.

Cons

Work pressure is high from last 3 months even you have to work on weekends & their management is so so bad. No proper planning
