Pros

The people you work with at eGain are wonderful. My boss was great, and my team was awesome. No one ever refused to help me with anything. I learned a great deal at this job.

Cons

Salaries are low for the line of work the company does, as are the raises. Management is oftentimes stingy with office expenses. CEO is out of touch with his employees and has the ego of Mark Zuckerberg.

In Cloud Operations, Senior management dont have any ethics how to treat and talk with employees, unprofessional behaviour. Wasting your talent and years if ur not fav of management.
