      Great place to learn and work

      Pros

      With eGain, I got the best learnings and end to end process experience. Management is very supportive in all the terms. One can have a well managed work life balance. We get many opportunities to upgrade our skills and learn new things.

      Environment is good. Regular events. Food is good. Good pay.

      Cons

      Some seniors have wrong attitude. Maximum people are selfish. Not pay for weekend shift, so, there is no motivations for employees to work on weekends.
