      CEO needs to let go!

      Good product, though niche, has potential, reasonable sales targets, culture ok, experienced sales team members

      Cons

      CEO's autocratic and micro management style, because of it again missed the window of opportunity, competition caught up big time, marketing literacy non existent and 1980's style, lack of vision and strategy

      Minimal coaching/leadership, horrible internal communication, fear to misstep during account reviews, MANY repetitive tracking tools, poor onboarding process for new hires
