      Lots of background politics to deal with

      Pros

      Work life balance is good. Appraisal are late but good. Lots of parties. Very friendly environment for new College passouts.

      Cons

      Two sides of coin. 1. There is no any particular system,scrums,agile , no monitoring at all. Requirement changes each day. 2. Seniors have been there for so long that they don't want any changes. They recommend what they know even if the technology has been deprecated from sorce itself. 3.you will have to run backwards to match company tech requirement. 4. Most of all, I don't recommend if you are switching from other company. Your work will be analysed in some other personal space.company is good for beginners. 5. More the time you spend in front of your senior, more you will be appraised. 6. Even HRs are new as compared to higher ups so you can't even go to them for your concern.
