Pros

I have been working at eMazzanti Technologies for the past 6 years, and it’s honestly a company that feels like a family. Because we offer such a wide range of IT services, each day at work is different and unique, and with our partnerships at Microsoft and WatchGuard, every event brings something new and exciting to the table! I hear from satisfied customers all the time how grateful they are for the work we do. I strongly believe in the robust talent at eMazzanti, and would strongly recommend this company for anyone looking for impeccable service and a dynamic work environment. -Jillian

Cons

The location is great for servicing the tri state area. The headquarters in Hoboken is a friendly commute and easily accessible from Manhattan.

Pros

The coworkers are dedicated to their customers and their IT consulting is great! Very helpful around the workplace and eager to work with you on projects.

Cons

Some days could be a little slow or chaotic, but that all comes with being an IT company that relies on its customers.

Big vision .. No ability to follow through

Pros

Owner is ambitious, for better or worse. Free lunch if you work at ge office. ( not if your out of office even full time out office)

Cons

For the sake of privacy I will my give sit of detail., however I can say that owner has good vision in the biggest of pictures but fails to see things through properly. Owner failed to properly delegate and instead was often jump on in and impeding process when not needed at that level in the first place. Owner would do well with learning to trust his employees more. Also do not apply expecting to really be an 'engineer' as there title suggests. It's primarily help desk work. Owner likes to call them engineers since it's easier to justify billing.

With this vast knowledge they not only handle help desk issue but much more complex issues that affect or enhance our clients businesses such as security concerns and constraints, disaster recovery planning and much more. As for compensation, we offer competitive rates based on industry surveys and competitive research.
