      Work from home 2 days a week

      Cons

      - Development team is hesitant about using latest and the greatest technologies. They love to stay in their comfort zone. Don't ever propose a new idea related to adopting some thing new because it will immediately be shot down. If you are one of those people who want to live in a slow pace environment where you don't really care about your career taking a meaningful direction then this place would be fine for you. No innovation ever. The platform stack is at least 10 years old and is never updated. -This company pays low as well.

      Friendly working environment Very flexible work hours Easy to reach higher management Very fast growth, based on a solid product line

      Internal system and procedures are not coping very well with the fast growth. No work space to accommodate new hiring.

      Pros

      - Interesting products in an interesting and fast growing market. - Not your boring, average financial app. - Great opportunity to learn new technologies and deploy them to solve our complex problems. - No BS office politics and great management team. - Great location in the heart of downtown. Tonnes of places to eat. - Casual work environment.

      Cons

      - We keep outgrowing our offices, technically not a con but it gets crowded sometimes.
