Pros

paid 45 min lunch and working remotely

Cons

Constantly only giving negative feed back If you dont fit in their cookie cutter mold they treat you awful Lie about reasons for dismissal Not neuro divergent friendly Toxic and negative If you are on closing shift and there is still calls in q guess what you have forced over time.

Pros

Hybrid means mostly remote and benefits are what you'd expect

Cons

Expectations outweigh investment in the people, systems, tools. Work life balance doesn't exist. Unclear direction on long term goals. Extreme reliance on documents that are read once and forgotten. No more sabbatical (best perk ever).
