Thank you for your feedback from your time with our Customer Support team. To support our high rate of growth, we continue to add to the team to ensure we have the staffing in place to provide a high level of customer service and ensure a good work/life balance. The team is working on a process to release the schedule further in advance while also expediting the approval process for days off. We are continuing to improve the way we do business with some new tools which will help us to do so moving forward.
