Thank you for your feedback from your time with our Customer Support team. To support our high rate of growth, we continue to add to the team to ensure we have the staffing in place to provide a high level of customer service. With that said, work-life balance is important to us at ecobee, and our scheduling provides two consecutive off days every week. Our schedule in place is required to support customers throughout North America, and we are very transparent with the scheduling process through the hiring process.
