The company is not good right from recruitment process.They will portray themselves as product Dev company,but you will find the truth only when you join the company.Most of the work will be in the application layer(that to bug fixing) and not on the core concepts.Initially freshers will be doing the copy paste work and you will be made to work day and night for that copy and past work.you can expect calls from your manager even in weekends for asking you to work and promising for comp off,but they will get the work alone done and they will never honor comp off.Even if you send multiple reminder emails they wont care about it.The CEO asks for any questions to be raised during the meeting,if you raise any questions means you will be made to realize why you didn't kept your mouth closed instead of asking question/making complain of issues that everyone face during the meeting.The review meetings are not transparent at all.During campus placements they wont tell you about the bonds and they also wont tell you about the bond breakage fine,which is 4 times higher than market standards to be exact.They wont provide even a proper training even for a week as they don't even appoint anyone for training or create any dedicated team for training like any other standard company which work's in this same domain.If by chance customer's try to establish contact with the freshers and conduct a interview,then the company's true nature will come out.Instead of having a dedicated team/person for giving training,they will try to manage by saying that they assign a mentor for helping the newly joined.If the newly joined don't have proper foundation, how you expect them to deliver full fledged output.These mistakes are well known by these managers and they even openly admit that they don't give proper training and ask us to report the issues to CEO(but you will be pushed into a scenario wherein you need to report it to CEO in front of the manager who didn't give proper training),in-spite of all these things sometimes they will call you separately for a meeting and abuse you for not performing well and also make you feel that the fault is within you,but the truth is all the fault are in their side and you need to be penalized for their faults.Managers try to portrait to higher management that they conduct training session perfectly,but its not at all true in reality.If you join the company even after reading these reviews,then your fate is written wrongly in your head.
