Pros

- I hesitate to even add a positive comment, but much will be expected of you, so if there's one positive here, it's that you'll be stretched and challenged - sometimes unreasonably so.

Cons

- The CEO is a nutcase that acts like a three-year-old child. - The management-level decision-making is capricious at best and oftentimes puzzling and downright unethical. Quick bucks are emphasized over long-term goals. - Long hours are justified by management because of completely unrealistic expectations about future stock value. Don't be fooled.

Company is a let down for what it could be, and is dissapointing how employees are treated.

Pros

The company gives free catered lunches and dinners. Additionally it gives four weeks paid vacation.

Cons

What they don't tell you is that the the four weeks paid vacation is all pre-decided, i.e. the company determines in advance that everyone will have the week of fourth of July off, and so the time for you to choose when you take a vacaton in only about one week.
