Pros

- Management is very transparent - sensitive information is shared with everyone at the company (not just the execs). - Great team: talented group and just overall "good" people (no a-$-$-holes). - CEO is great - she seems to genuinely care about the well being of employees. - Awesome work/life balance.

Cons

Company has grown significantly over the past few years, with that comes some growing pains. Much less of a "startup feel", more layers of hiearchy and process (which isn't necessarily a con depending on what you want).

Pros

Great benefits, the best I have seen from any company. Paid well, and compensated for hard work! Offered team building and much more as perks, including lunch on Wednesdays!

Cons

Even though the company has a great outlook with plans in mind. Sometimes certain departments are overlooked. Management changed twice while working there, expectations were far beyond that of what is physically achievable, even for the top employees. Even when quota was hit, you were still treated poorly. If the daily expectations weren't met but the monthly were, you were still reprimanded even though you succeeded on your monthly goals.

Pros

The people are ezCater are incredibly welcoming and insanely helpful. It is refreshing to be in a work place where everyone roots for one another and genuinely wants you to succeed. The company is going through major growth which is exciting to be a part of. This was the best decision I could have made for my career.

Cons

It's annoying to be on two separate floors in the building but not a deal breaker!
