Low pay compared to time invested RSUs shouldn't be factored into total comp given the rollercoaster ride on the stock price. Horrible work/life balance (Fake deadlines, forced reduction of LOE, held to low fidelity estimates) Knee jerk decision making by executive team Major disconnect on leadership team to what is actually happening Toxic and chaotic burnout culture Good teammates here today, gone tomorrow
