The people are amazing-- it's a supportive and collaborative community of talented, creative, well-rounded people who inspire me every day. I love the remote-first aspect, the transparency of company happenings from the top-down, the fun and engaging culture-side.

Cons

Like many start-ups, it can feel fast-paced and all-hands-on-deck at times, but that's also highly motivating for the people (like myself) who work best that way
