The biggest downfall of this place hands down has to be management. Upper management is petty and petty office politics run wild, with senior people often rude, sarcastic, and lacking basic skills. HR is a mess, unresponsive, chaotic, and sometimes downright ruthless. Policies are applied just to keep employees anxious and humiliated, tying meaningless goals to performance reviews. The company wastes money on pointless things while giving pathetic increments. Anyone looking to grow or be appreciated should avoid this place.

Leadership is incompetent, arrogant, and stubborn. The only reason this company is still standing is thanks to the hard work of its employees, but they never acknowledge, much less reward, their hard work. They treat them like slaves and give them unrealistic expectations to meet, even though if they were in their shoes, they would never be able to meet them.
