It's the employees that make things work but management hasn't realized that.

Cons

Worst management I've ever seen! They don't care when people leave, pay terrible salaries, and basically that everyone like disposable tools! They're brutal and heartless and will make you feel awful and useless!

Access to the current tech stack. It also comes with good exposure to global projects, a mix that’s hard to come by. Flexible hours and WFH available. You’ll get supportive peers and skilled leads. Learning sessions are regularly scheduled. Pay is decent and benefits are nice.

Cons

Process updates take time to roll out.

Great Benefits, Flexible hours (unlimited vacation), wonderful, supportive & flexible manager, great work environment, bonuses, yearly increases, open door policy, dog friendly. People actually care about the well being of each other. The owner got me coffee my first week. My boss thanks me every day before I go home or sends me a text if she forgot to thank me for my help. The list goes on....

Cons

None - I'd be gone by now if I had any complaints.
