Pros

Reasonable pay and remote work setup.

Cons

Some managers of iBaset are too egoistic, and their huge egos prevent them from realizing how awful their decisions are. They keep making decisions that are detrimental to the employees, but they don't care because they cannot admit their mistakes. They are immature and obviously incapable of being effective leaders.

Pros

The company is privately owned and growing. Senior management cares about creating a productive, respectful workplace. Strong commitment to training, including an annual conference for all employees. Good flexibility with working from home and/or in the office. Excellent benefits, competitive salaries, and positive teamwork.

Cons

Strategic direction changes quickly, creating some confusion and redirection of employees' priorities. More communication and coordination of activities is needed. The pace is too fast in some departments, and too slow in others.
