Great Entry Level QA

Pros

The upper management team and CEO are all really nice people, very understanding and laid back. Though laid back, they will still be on your toes about finishing projects on time, and will help you out whenever they have the time. The co-workers are also pretty great people, easy to talk to most of the time, and willing to help out the newcomers. Break room was a plus, cheap snacks/drinks for the whole day.

Cons

The pay may be a bit underwhelming compared to other QA place, but iBeta is fairly small compared to those bigger companies. But other than that, iBeta is a great place to get your foot in the door for a QA career, and the management at iBeta understands that.

Pros

Great coworkers Great break room Laid back environment Fun company events Good work experience for the industry

Cons

The pay is pretty bad and it's very hard to get promoted. Promotions seem based on luck not effort which lowers morale. Work can be sparse which makes employees fearful of layoffs.
