For the most part great co-workers at the lower levels.

Cons

Almost anyone who is director level or higher is useless.

iControl Response

Hard to respond to any individual who sweepingly makes a claim that anyone at a director level or higher is useless. The company has been growing by double digits, which suggests management does know what it is doing.

You can find some highly intelligent and strategic thinkers here. The company has had a focus of scaling for growth over the last 2 years, understanding and documenting processes and implementing automation and other efficiencies. The software that we offer and customer experience is the top priority. Focus on culture, collaboration and transparencies has been a positive change. Being a smaller company, you can see where your contributions directly impact the success of your team and the company overall.

Cons

Be expected to have a full workload. If you show interest in growth and taking on more projects, your daily workload will not reduce- but there is a lot of room for growth.
