Pros

Ownership is vested in the entire company producing a solid product and does this primarily by investing in people. Ability to talk to ownership and have your ideas valued and accepted is phenomenal.

Cons

Small, growing company so expect to wear many hats.

Pros

iControl has a really talented staff, and customers who appreciate the company. In my time there, I've had the opportunity to be involved in many projects. I've learned a lot, and I continue to learn every day. I think the leadership is very bright and committed, and generally I feel like they care about me very much. The CEO provided a quarterly update about the company that is very detailed and transparent, and the company treats people with respect.

Cons

The Burtonsville office is not too convenient to where I live

There are no pros for this company it was that bad. Leadership is non existent, pay is terrible, IT team has no standards.

Cons

Substandard pay, benefits, leadership, IT is a joke. Co CEOS are dictators and arrogant. No vision with leaders just jerking people around constantly.
