At iHerb, we work to create an honest and collaborative environment for all team members; we are disappointed to now learn of the experiences you've shared. iHerb's has a 'culture code' of 9 Guiding Principles. We realize with our fast-paced growth, we can improve on how we communicate our culture and better unify iHerb team members. One principle is "Learn Relentlessly". We have a program we use to coach and guide iHerb's management. We appreciate that more learning is needed, and we will take your feedback as we continuously improve our people manager development programs.

Let me start by thanking you for your honest and direct feedback. Even though you're no longer with iHerb, you took the time to share an opinion and we appreciate it. It's true, we offer snacks and paid time off to team members, and our team members are a great community of friendly and productive people! All of our team members are hired through iHerb's recruiting processes, and we strive to promote a fair workplace - through performance, through pay, through benefits, through work assignments - for our team members at iHerb.
