Pros

Co-workers were great. The location was nice. The building was safe and the pay was adequate.

Cons

The CEO of this company spends money on image, lavish trips, models, side projects, while neglecting company expenses like health insurance, vendor bills, and even rent. He will lie and use double-talk to explain away employee concerns. He uses a culture of misinformation and fear to keep management and employees in the dark. He will constantly change the company structure, job descriptions, department functions, and expectations with little to no notice and then predicate HR decisions on criteria he has not shared with his employees prior to making his "layoff" choices. This is to hide the fact that these decisions are often economic and not performance based. You will never know where you stand if you work here and you will never know if the company will be standing tomorrow. If you're considering a job here; don't.

Pros

Free Coffee, Great location, Nice View

Cons

Bipolar Boss. Keeping employees in the dark and then criticize them for not knowing what is going on. Have employees be responsible for something without giving them authority or proper instruction to get the work done. Over all narcissism and negative work environment.

Pros

decent location, free parking. that about does it.

Cons

My first day I was pulled aside by a veteran employee who warned me about what I had gotten myself into. He used the words, "narcissistic and biploar" in a sentence describing the CEO. I shook it off, chalking it up in my mind that this person was simply disgruntled. Boy was I wrong. Many of the reviews here describe the atmosphere and environment very accurately. As a professional with 15 years of work experience, this was simply the most awful and negative place I have ever worked.
