Its a good Company but Management needs to improve

Pros

It's a Small company and local to Redlands. Very good colleagues except Management(Sucks) When i used to work in Imedris, there used to be: popcorn, picnics, parties, potlucks, but stops in early 2015.

Cons

Less Pay. They say they will include 401 k but nothing from company side. No yearly increment. It was a family, but then management lost its tracks and start firing people. Management hires only their family members who do not have any knowledge either of the software or how to use a word document. expected to work from 8-5, no unnecessary talks with colleagues, one cannot attend personal calls, no giggling or laughing , n CEO himself talks in a louder voice. No respect for their employees.

Pros

This company has a truly amazing and powerful product and I am fortunate enough to work there. It's a great place to learn and be able to do more. They also have internal opportunities for those who worn there already and are willing to work hard and present themselves. I have learned so much and continue to learn more all the time. Unlike some places where they box you in, this company doesn't do that and they want you to pitch in where you possibly can. It's an excellent way to be able to grow personally and professionally.

Cons

I don't really have any. I have seen some major improvement and positive growth here within the last year.
