Pros

My colleagues were great. The employees really do care about the customers they serve.

Cons

This had to be the most unorganized company I have been apart of. Management shows heavy favoritism and there is an inner circle mentality at the company. If you’re not apart of that, then good luck at your time here.

Pros

Option to work in office or from home.High focus on "fixing the broken processes and systems".

Cons

Very high turnover, long work hours, lack of inclusiveness, favoritism and biases, big financial decisions made without considering the impact to accounting. understaffed, lack or consistent communication, no opportunity for growth but work continues to be piled on. Meetings can be degrading, filled with constant interruptions and condescending commentary. Lots of insidious back door conversations. Work in fear.
