Its a great place to work if you... 1.Like getting Screamed at Before anything has the possibility of going wrong. 2.Being called out in meetings to be made a fool in front of your co workers without justification. 3.The office is Full of BS Politics. (If you're not ready to kiss the bosses feet then you get pushed out the door.) 4. The Managements Theory on dead weight in the office is to not Fire anyone. They just torment you with harassment and verbal abuse until you quit. So they DON'T have to pay unemployment. 5.There is definitely an Elitist structure here. 6. The employee turnover rate is the fastest I've ever seen. In one of the years I counted there I saw at least an average of 2 per month. 7.No Direct Deposit because the "company is too Cheap" 8. The Tech department is a total Fire hazard. They work on Customers computers on temporary Saw horse tables with raw unfinished wood and Eat there Lunches over the Computers. Its a horror show. 9. No Break Room. Just a hallway with a nook and that's it. 10.No Heating in the Men's bathroom. In winter this is a Big issue. 11. Oh and last time I was there they canceled our simple Roth IRA. So bye bye retirement. (When they cut it the CEO of the company sent a letter with a paragraph explaining how this is the opportunity to invest in real estate and how that's the way to build a future. I think the people in 2009 who lost their house to the market crash will beg to differ). 12. A Grey environment. Limited natural lighting. Inconsistent Climate control. 13.Cheap Second hand office furniture. 14. People are not getting payed based on the amount of experience they have. There are a few people who are long timers but the look on there faces should indicate how this place treats their employees. Dealing with management is a different account. My advice is Just Stay away.

No direct deposit is honestly my biggest complaint. There isnt much in the way of official training so you need to teach yourself a bit, but the people around you are more than happy to help. Because iNET takes on so many projects people tend to wear a lot of hats. This can be great because you gain more experience, but can also suck because maybe you dont want to learn coding. You work with a lot of nerds. But I like nerds so I never minded. Is iNET the best place in the world to work? No. Are there problems with management or certain aspects of corporate culture that are irritating? Yes. Are 99% of all employers the exact same? Absolutely.

Awful management. Awful workplace. Listening to coworkers get screamed at by a wannabe 5’0” boomer on his tiptoes is a daily occurrence. The CEO loves to put his family in management positions when they belong in a mental institution. It is a terrible place to work. Awful culture favoritism, remember watching any cliche movie on a toxic work environment? Well here it is. Top review states growth? Until they snip you away like a bad growing weed. Seriously, avoid at all costs.

Important note: Keep in mind that all of these 5-star reviews are being written by the CEO, his brown-nosing sales staff, and whatever other employees the CEO is forcing to write decent reviews. Seriously - the guy's trying to create a series of fake reviews to push his ratings back up. If that doesn't smack of desperation and insecurity, then I don't know what does. Could see this as a deal breaker for some. - If you do nothing you will drown here. - If you tread water and just do whats required, you might last a while but will probably be miserable not able to move forward in the company. - If you swim, get passionate about what your doing you will be successful. Even those who struggled where given a lifeline because they tried to be better. iNET is still learning to be the powerhouse it is. Processes and structure need to be refined and would maximize everyones potential.

First things first, in the time I was there the turnover rate was above 100% per year. The cons are innumerable, but the one thing that arches above them all is that you will never, ever, ever make a market-rate salary. There are no shortage of terrible web and marketing firms out there, but at least some of them make up for it by throwing money at you to ignore the problems. Not here. Even when they agree to pay you more, it's usually attached to some kind of impossible condition. As I said above, it's an ok place to get your feet wet, especially if you're new to the field or lack experience, but don't believe them when they try to tell you you'll never succeed anywhere else. They have no pull with anyone of consequence and have no power over your career outside their walls.
