There is no formal training and you have to figure everything out on your own. Other employees are nice enough to answer questions, but each position is different so help is minimal. There is a clique environment mostly because they are all scientologists (the entire street is mostly all scientology businesses). Be prepared to always be listened to and watched. There is zero work/life balance, you either have to be one of them or be a complete suck up to get any freedom. They like watching employees. It is an open seating concept for most employees, some get to sit in tight rooms together and management (who all are scientologists) all have their own offices. There is a turn over due to performance also people just quit when they find out it is run by scientology. No room for advancement, it is set up that way on purpose.
