Pros

- The technology is phenomenal, it is a true disrupter in the industry which is now signing up a lot of enterprise customers! - The culture is very much work-hard, play-hard - where you are rewarded immensely for the work you put in. - It has a great team feel, everyone feels intrinsically linked - where each individuals success is supported and praised by each member of the team. - There is real big opportunity for progress - the incredible growth in the last year has opened up new opportunities for individual growth in the UK. I feel like more doors have opened to me, due to the success of the last 12 months

Cons

- Technology sometimes feels like it is too advanced for the industry, so a lot of education takes place which allows us to be leaders in the space.

Business = Great. Management = Poor.

Pros

The company has a great product and it has disrupted a rather old and archaic industry. They are acquiring companies that really help make it a very well rounded product for marketers.

Cons

Management are extremely immature. You're basically looked down upon if you don't partake in some of their extra curricular activities, from the very top on down. It's growing too fast. Sure, tripling your amount of employees is great but when you compromise the culture for that growth it hurts the environment around the office.

Pros

Some of the Staff were really nice The social club tries really hard to get everyone together. Nice Cape Town offices Lovely working hours

Cons

Management seem to set you up for failure - They don't mentor and get angry when you ask for assistance Not a nurturing environment - You get thrown in the deep end and expect you to swim like a champ Some of the American senior team are really not nice to deal with. Departmental training is next to none - You must come from a technical advertising background to get anywhere Very high and unobtainable targets must be met to achieve your KPO'S If you are not taken under a wing of someone important you will struggle to get assistance to learn and further your knowledge while learning while doing. Just found Senior Management in the Cape town office, terrible with junior staff, with regards to nurturing and building up staff to create an environment where staff want to stay. It seems more about their own furtherment within the company. Communication across the company is terrible. Make one mistake - It is held against you, brought up in every review for months after and it not treated as a learning curve and management don't really take the time to correct or teach you.
