Pros

Direct and indirect leadership teams are very involved and keen to help with any questions to support my growth. I can see strong career progression being part of the early stages of the EMEA side of Impact Radius. We have a market leading technology that is disrupting a mature channel so opportunity for growth is organic and huge.

Cons

I have no cons or complaints to share. I can happily and honestly say, Impact Radius is the best place I have ever worked!

Great culture, but a bit too disorganized.

Pros

A great place to learn a lot about good development practices. Also has quite a few interesting people who are nice to talk to and share ideas with. CEO is quite an awesome guy.

Cons

Rather chaotic at times with little support. See too many employees are in 'jack of all trades' roles. At times it feels as if the US office have little to no regard for the SA office. Overworked for a very small bonus, with little to no recognition.

Pros

Great culture, plenty of freedom, growth potential. Keg, xbox, outdoor and pet friendly, fun events, and even a quarterly elected team with a budget dedicated to employee happiness. Time off is very competitive as well. CEO instated additional PTO called "recuperation" for every employee to ensure nobody burns out. The company is clearly going places. If you can hang on for the ride, you can sculpt a great career for yourself. Overall 5 stars because above all else you can grow your career AND love your job at the same time.

Cons

If you aren't self driven, this may not be the place for you. Employees are expected to manage themselves (this gives you a lot of freedom), but if you need direction it can be hard to find at times. The company is struggling to build structure as it grows, and it's growing quickly. Don't expect much HR...the one person (down in la!) does the bare minimum here.

Thanks for your feedback, it was instrumental in making this a priority! We are happy to report that we have hired a full-time HR & Admin Manager in our Santa Barbara office to oversee new hire onboarding, benefit enrollment, and other critical HR imperatives. Early reports indicate it's having a positive impact! Our sincerest thanks for your feedback!
