Beautiful Building, Great lunch room, Ample parking, Clean windows I guess?

Training is very long, Management ALWAYS plays favorites, Basically no vacation time, No way to be creative

Pros

There is very little that is positive. Ninety per cent of employees are great to work with. Most of the company functions are great. Love the holiday party!

Cons

Regular work hours aren't bad. Hourly employees work 40 hr with 2 weeks paid vacation. That is all they will ever get. Approximately 7 paid holidays a year. Communication between Sr. Management and employees is not there 90% of time. Sales works 3 weeks a month on the road and then 1 week in the office setting appointments. A lot of turnover. For a technology company they rely heavily on paper. One of the vice presidents has a knee jerk reaction and goes off.

Pros

a paycheck, but nothing else.

Cons

Horrible culture! High turn over, backstabbing, and overwork for very little pay. I would not recommend anyone work here.
