Pros

The benefits package is average. PTO is good.

Cons

Pay is much lower than the industry average, and they are making everyone come back to the office 5 days a week with no remote or hybrid work options. Making people come into the office 5 days a week to attend Zoom meetings and sit at their cube all day is outdated and detrimental to the wellbeing of your employees. nCino isn't even offering salary adjustments in response to the economy. This tells you everything you need to know. nCino doesn't care about it's employees--the company only cares about making money. The more people they drive away with this return to work policy, the less salaries they have to pay. Stay away from this company if you value a a flexible work environment!

Pros

Everyone’s friendly and welcoming, nice buildings, it was fun when it was a startup. Most of my managers were awesome.

Cons

People are overworked and underpaid. Lack of professional development opportunities, too focused on being flashy and big, they don’t seem to care about retaining top talent. Retention is at an all-time high. Internal Budget and headcount is lacking, putting more work on employees with little pay increase. Also pressuring employees to come back to work in person just because they need to fill the pretty buildings they just spent millions on. They continued with the flashy stuff even after surveying employees asking them if they wanted to come back in person. Nobody does, stop focusing on the material things and pay your employees more. I could have done so much more in my field if I had budget — any budget.

Pros

Lot's of good people working there. Good low level leadership team.

Cons

Increasingly toxic and unethical company. It's been an amazing change over the last couple years. Pay is below average with expectation of constant overtime without pay. nCino product isn't good and gets worse every release. Forced return to office makes no sense and breaks promises made by leadership. They promote work/life balance and then expect 100%+ utilization. New hire training is lacking and internal resources are a mess.
