We have a very large percentage of our employees who work remotely and do not reside near our brick and mortar locations. Employing remote talent who bring exceptional skills and capabilities into the company is a key part of our talent strategy. We also continue to offer our employees the flexibility needed to better integrate their work and personal lives.
