Miserable workplace

Pros

I cannot think of 1, maybe the paycheck? But when you think of the cons the paycheck isn’t even enough to warrant a single “pro”.

Cons

Everything! One of poorest run organizations I have ever been a part of. Management is absolutely clueless in every way. Run as far away from this company as you can and don’t look back.

Stay Far Away

Pros

Their benefits meet the industry standard

Cons

Leadership does not work with each other (or communicate) and is not aligned on anything. They are so consumed with fire fighting that they do not fix the problems. There is no accountability at all in the company and the good people are left dejected and overworked to make up for all of the poor workers. There is also little to no communication or recognition for good work. This is very much a boys club, women be ware.

Disrespect and Outdated

Pros

Healthcare benefits are greatly to reflect the below market average compensation

Cons

Senior leadership's poor motivational strategies, poor lean management, and their amnesia on basic business fundamentals. One is expected to produce more with less and not ask for resources; no successful will be good enough either. When post mortem conversations occur one is quickly gas lighted and strung along. Outdated system from the 1980s which provides no true analytics. Poor training leads to sites fending for themselves and relying on tribal knowledge.
