projekt202 is one of the first companies I've worked at where I feel like they have my back. Ever since I started here the company has been dedicated to helping me learn, grow, and succeed. They really set you up for success, which is refreshing for the industry. Plus the people are fantastic and the food perks are never ending!

- Working with great people that challenge you - REAL User Experience & Development work - Building out solutions to launch, start to finish - Following modern UX practices, including deep customer research - Ability to grow many great skills: craft, people management, sales - Working with the best teams in town - Ability to try out many different types of organizations and projects

Cons

- Consulting isn't for everyone - You actually have to pull your own weight! If you're looking to hide, not for you!

Pros

They are good at attracting the right clients and the work is always rewarding. The office environment is very professional and they are very supportive of your career development as well.

Cons

There are very few down sided to working at Projekt202. If I have to point one out I'd say it would be nice to have more formal team building exercises.
