p202 wants you to be happy - reasonable work load, good perks, great culture in the office. Working with happy, talented, and friendly people is awesome.

Cons

You have to take the bad clients with the good. The company has grown a lot recently and there are the normal stresses related to that .

Projekt202 always had a great client list with engaging and fun projects. One of the best places I have ever worked.

Cons

I know that when they were merged with a development team out of Dallas, the Austin cultured suffered and rules changed. They became less friendly and more business. Still a great place.
