Pros

Amazing unlimited PTO (and they encourage you to take it). Plus 120 or so sick hours per year. And 11 holidays. Plus their Health coverage is affordable (Cigna) and their Workers Comps and STD/LTDisability is generous. Nice to have Amdocs as parent company.

Cons

Wish office was in more hip area of town, East Austin for example. (It's near UT.)

Cons

Fast growth can be messy, but there are constant strides by leadership towards improvement and results to show for it. Employees tend to stay for a very long time or a very short time; good amount of turnover. Fast paced (not necessarily a bad thing)
