I completely agree that various functions are heavily siloed and there is work to do on initiative alignment. Projekt202 has grown rapidly through an acquisition strategy and the company is experiencing growing pains. Over the last 6 months we have hired a new CEO and added several new people to the senior leadership team. We are committed to creating the best experience for our employees and endeavor to listen, learn, pivot and continuously improve.
