The people you interact with daily are great to work with and genuinely want to help you do your best work.

Cons

Compensation is below market value and is not competitive at all. You'll be stuck on projects with little to no information or direction and will have to figure it out as you go sometimes. Promotions are hard to get, not based off merit and seem more on pandering to egos. Turn-around is quick due to mismanagement and nepotism. They tout a work/life balance be aware that this can quickly be removed depending on their needs as clients needs will always come before your own.

They do quality work, when they get around to it. .

Cons

Always putting out fires, always pushing or ignoring deadlines. There is always an emergency, and no one there to execute properly. No structure, no accountability.

None. Honestly, I am trying to think of some. Nope nothing.

Cons

Unwilling to hold clients to their own methodology. Incapable of effectively negotiating rates with existing clients to retain contractors. They will waste your time, burn your money by not paying invoices and distract you from many other worthwhile endeavors.
