Business Outlook
Pros
They truly care about employee happiness and work-life balance. Nice office with a good view, lots of good food and drinks, including a keg, fun activities, good amount of vacation and other benefits. We get a lot of interesting clients to work with and there is a common goal of creating great experiences without cutting corners.
Cons
Some growing pains, though I feel they are truly striving to smooth these as much as possible. The sales teams often seems to be valued more than delivery. Some bad clients are signed alongside the good ones.
