Pros

Easily the best employer of my career. Great benefits, HUGE client list, meals throughout the week, great vacation time, ability to work from home, terrific team/family atmosphere. They attract great talent and work hard to keep them in place.

Cons

Nothing really; but if I were forced to choose, tough client deadlines, long hours when deep into a project.

Pros

- Good projects - A desire from top to bottom to do things right - UX design that actually involves the study of users - A focus on mentorship and the growth of every employee - solid benefits - great perks - amazing people - great place to make real career progress - a constant evolution of processes, methodologies, and leadership translates to a workplace that gets better every day - best place I have ever worked

Cons

Apparently this app wants 20 words worth of cons, so I have type enough that it will accept my entry as valid. (Bad UX)

Pros

I am surrounded by the best and brightest in the user experience, digital marketing and technology space. The calibre of talent, coupled with the lack of ego, is a beautiful (and rare) combination. We are passionate about our work and deliver exceptional quality. The camaraderie is second to none - you can feel the projekt202 spirit when you walk through the door. Our offices are amazing - uber-contemporay design, ping pong, foosball, video games, free snacks, sodas, water and yep, a kegerator...pretty cool!

Cons

We are growing rapidly, both organically and by merger/acquisition - with that comes growing pains, but that's common. We already have numerous offices in the U.S. and a global presence in Germany and Denmark...look out world, here we come!
