Pros
An honest review from a female employee, who has been at rex for a year plus.
Overall, I really enjoy working at rex. It's very fast-paced, fun, and impactful work.
- The people at rex are top-notch. I was impressed from day 1 and continue to be so. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming (This almost confused me at first because I was not used to it). They are not only co-workers but also good friends that I choose to hang out with in my free time.
- Peter Rex (Founder) is a true entrepreneur. He's not only a real estate/tech/investment genius but also fun to be around and a great mentor to learn from. His values/principles show in everything he does.
- The companies are all early stage but are already impacting their customers: real estate owners, operators, and contractors. It's been incredible to watch their growth!
Cons
This is not a place for people who are not 100% in. The people that work at rex are hardworking and believe in the mission of building technology companies to change real estate and serve people.
The bar is set really high so if you aren't looking to work extremely hard you will feel very out of place.
