      Pros

      Rex has all the right footholds for you to grow and excel. Brilliant minds and a shared passion. Rex stands out among the other jobs I've had. You are surrounded by THE best talent. Teams are structured well and teammates truly care and share the same passion and vision.

      Cons

      Not your normal 9-5. Have to be willing to go all in and devote the hours necessary. There are pivots and changes. You'll need to be flexible and roll with the waves as they come.

      Pros

      Rex offers tons of opportunity for those willing to dream big, create their own path, and roll up their sleeves and work hard. It's a dynamic work environment with hyper-speed execution and lots of pivots/learnings. The org is flat so the red tape is minimal.

      Cons

      For those who require significant structure and direction in their work, Rex is not the place for you. It really takes the self-starter type who is comfortable figuring things out, making mistakes, and being creative/entrepreneurial. If you fit the mold, you'll love the place. If you don't, you may be miserable.

      Pros

      Building tech companies that have good traction. Work with people who are smart and successful. Flat hierarchy. Your voice is heard. Good perks, great office, comp.

      Cons

      We've had layoffs. This happened a week or so before most of the big tech companies announced the same.
